It is our policy that every employee and all of our equipment are entitled to the maximum protection from controllable hazards. Establishment and maintenance of a safe environment is the shared responsibility between the employer and employee at all levels of the organization. To this end, every reasonable effort will be made to achieve the goal of accident prevention and health preservation.

We believe most accidents can be avoided by using common sense and personal initiative. The success of the company depends not only on production and sales, but also in how safely each job is performed. There is no job that is so important — nor any service that is so urgent — what we cannot take the time to work safely.

This company is responsible for all safety regulations implemented by federal, state and local agencies. We consider the safety of our personnel to be of prime importance, and we expect our employees to fully cooperate in making our program effective. Failure to adhere to The Safety and Health Program of Oglesby Construction Inc. can lead to disciplinary action or dismissal.
